Thriving Educator's aim is to assist school leaders and teachers to grow and thrive in their professional work and personal wellbeing.

I help you to achieve these goals by offering Professional Supervision, Coaching and Mentoring services which provide the following:
A safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space to discuss issues of concern to you
This is a space to step away from the busyness of your role, remove your ‘mask’ and safely reflect on your professional practice, experiences and struggles with someone experienced and independent of the school.
Doing so can assist you to gain greater wisdom from your experiences, leading to improved performance and a reduced likelihood of fatigue and burnout.

Widening your “lens of understanding” of issues
Our work assists educators to gain greater insights, wisdom and perspectives on their work situations and issues.
Some of the issues we may explore with you can relate to organisational challenges, people and relationships, personal priorities and expectations, career aspirations, to name a few.
Our work together helps you to learn and change your perspectives, future actions and practices for the benefit of all.
Building the alignment between your sense of purpose, personal vision, and the requirements of your role
Educators come into their role wanting to bring positive change and improvement to the lives of others. Improving the alignment between your purpose, vision and role can lead to renewed passion, clarity, and confidence to fulfil your role in the ways that you aspire to – helping you to thrive and be more 'protected' against frustration and burnout.
